The SynapseAI School Certification Program is designed for institutions that wish to join the International Network of Ethical AI Education and comply with the Closed System Protocol requirements.


Program Objectives

  • Introduce the safe and responsible application of AI in education

  • Guarantee institutional data protection and full legal compliance

  • Ensure complete protection of student data (especially SEN / IEP) from public AI systems

  • Provide training for teachers and administrators under the SynapseAI Ethical Code


Main Steps of Certification

1️⃣ Pre-Audit Assessment

We assess the school’s current data management, technological, and pedagogical systems.
Together, we define the required steps toward compliance and improvement.

2️⃣ Educator Training & Compliance Module

Teachers participate in the Cognilearn or VIP Expert programs,
where they learn responsible AI usage, data security, and ethical decision-making.

3️⃣ Implementation of the Closed System Protocol

The SynapseAI System is introduced in an auditable, closed environment —
ensuring that all AI operations take place entirely within the institution’s internal network.

4️⃣ Certification & Registration

After a successful audit, the school receives the official title:
🏅 Certified SynapseAI Educational Institution
and is listed in the International SynapseAI Certified Institutions Registry.

Participation Requirements
