Audit Methodology – The Science of Verification

The goal of the Audit Methodology is to ensure that every AI deployment is secure, ethical, and demonstrably compliant.


Purpose and Core Principles

The objective of the audit is not to find faults, but to build trust and document accountability.

Every audit follows the Closed System Protocol (CSP) and the principles of the EU AI Act, in full alignment with the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act.

Audit Phases

The audit consists of four sequential phases, each building upon the previous one:


1️⃣ Preparation Phase – Situation Assessment

  • Internal data management and compliance review

  • Identification of risk points

  • GDPR and AI Act pre-evaluation

  • Pilot plan preparation

Deliverable: Pre-Audit Report – summary of identified risks and recommendations.


2️⃣ Pilot Program – 6-Week Measurement Phase

  • Controlled introduction of AI processes in a closed environment

  • Measurement of ROI and IEP indicators

  • Audit of data management logs

  • Documentation of institutional and corporate accountability levels

Deliverable: Pilot Report – objective data on impact and ROI of the implementation.


3️⃣ Audit Report and Certification

  • Comprehensive compliance report

  • Recording of contractual guarantees

  • Evaluation of ROI / IEP results and legal classification

Upon completion, the organization receives the
“Integrum AI Compliance Certificate.”


4️⃣ Continuous Monitoring

  • Quarterly audit updates

  • VIP Expert inspections

  • Re-evaluation of ethical and data protection protocols

  • Audit of technological updates

Deliverable: Compliance Logbook – renewable annually through re-certification.

  • Ethical Code – principles of AI usage in educational and corporate contexts

  • RAG & IP Security Layer – data integrity and access protection layer

Certification and Documentation

Each successfully completed audit includes the following deliverables:
